The GP practice Tabak is located in the beautifully renovated building (the former Linnaeusschool) at the Tweede Oosterparkstraat 274 E in Amsterdam East. Five GP practices are located in the building, as well as a pharmacy, physiotherapists, psychologists, dentists and midwives. Together we form Medical Center East. Our practice, which is located on the first floor, is accessible by elevator or stairs.

In the patiëntomgeving you can have quick, safe and online contact with your doctor 24 hours a day. In addition, you can read your medical data online on your own device. Arrange you healthcare services online with the app
From now on, the online services of our practice are also available via an app: Uw Zorg online app. This makes it even easier to communicate with us via your smartphone or tablet. Download the ‘Uw Zorg online app’ in de App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). This gives you safe access to your medication overview, you can order previously prescribed medication, make an appointment online in your doctor’s calendar and start an eConsult!
With the Uw Zorg online app you have access to the following functions:
