Repeat Prescriptions
Requesting repeat prescriptions is only possible for chronic medication. Requested repeat prescriptions can be collected from your own pharmacy the following day.
You can request your repeat prescription, the following ways:

- Please state your date of birth, name and address.
- Which medication you want to repeat, the name, the dose, the use, the amount.
- Whether you will pick up the medication or whether you want it to be delivered by the pharmacy.
If the options above are not possible for you, then please call the assistant.
Costs
You usually pay through your healthcare insurer for prescription medication and the associated care in the pharmacy. The costs and what reimbursement you will receive, depend on your health insurance policy and the agreements between your healthcare insurer and the pharmacy.

Pharmacy of choice
You are free to choose with which pharmacy you register within Amsterdam. Our practice is electronically connected to your chosen pharmacy, so that your prescriptions can be sent directly.
The nearest pharmacy to our practice is pharmacy MCO, located on the ground floor of the healthcare center.
