Costs

If you have a Dutch healthcare insurance policy and are you 18 years old or older, then you’ll pay part of the healthcare costs yourself. We call this ‘eigen risico’ (own risk or deductible excess).

General Practitioner (GP) care is covered. General practitioner care is included in the basic package of your insurance. This means that you do not pay the deductible excess amount for the treatments, consultations and visits of the GP. However, some medication and for example blood tests and X-rays, need to be paid out of your own pocket.

For more information about the deductible excess amount of your insurance, please consult your own insurance policy.

No Dutch insurance

If you don’t have a Dutch healthcare insurance policy, you should take the costs below into account.

Consultation €29,83
Consultation for more than 20 minutes €59,66
Small surgical procedure €85,00
Prescription renewal €14,92-29,83
Phone consultation €14,92
Vaccination €14,92
No show €25,00 – 50,00

You can pay with your debit card.

No show

It is always possible that you are unable to make your appointment. Please always cancel your appointment if that is the case. This also applies to your appointment at the POH-GGZ. Unfortunately, it happens that people do not show up for an appointment. Other patients then have to wait unnecessarily long or can not make an appointment. This no show rate will be charged to you when you have not turned up for an appointment for the second time. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurer.

We do not accept the European Insurance Card (EHIC-card)
